Hi.

My wife (Skinny network) tried to send a TXT to a Vodafone number about 15 minutes ago (about 4PM). Message failed. I (also Skinny Network) have just tried to send a TXT to my wife, also failed (4:15PM). I tried a test voice call to her, and also a test voice call to our landline. Both also failed.

It seems the network in Parnell at least is down :(

Getting the usual signal strength indications.

Anyone else with problems on Skinny?

I'd be interested to hear how a earthquake in the Sth Island can possibly affect communications in the North Island, surely there is more resiliency than that?

Interesting that Vodafone and 2Degrees are both reminding customers that their networks are performing perfectly.

Thanks s for the reply Skinny. All good now :)

Data remained working, so just fell back to sending emails instead of TXT's - no bother :)
