Hi,

We have recently had a number of customers who are running on the old POP3 Officemail platform (http://www.spark.co.nz/help/internet-data/webservices/officemail/) advise us that Spark is going to discontinue this by the end of the year.

We have not been able to get a clear answer out of Spark as to whether this is confirmed or not and cannot find any articles on the internet to confirm this.

Has anyone else been made aware that the Officemail service will be shutdown by the end of the year and customers need to migrate off to another email service?

Many thanks in advance.

Matt

Wasn't the Business Hub "meant" to replace the Officemail/Domainmail system?

It might also be part of the re-engineering that they're doing, new website, systems, getting the old systems shutdown (e.g. smtp.xtra.co.nz), push to online selfservice, etc, etc
