Hi there, my parents are wanting to move to Spark from Vodafone. They are fed up with the lack of service from Vodafone.

They currently have VDSL which the house had some special wiring done for. Will they be able to downgrade to Standard ADSL? they have retired and are looking to downsize their utilities, and Spark have a good deal on for $69 BB and home phone at present. TIA.
