LOSS OF BROADBAND SERVICES IN PAPAKURA DISTRICT, MANUKAU CITY

Estimated fix time: Ongoing
Impacting service since: Wednesday 10th June @ 1:05pm Some customers may be experiencing issues with their Broadband connections.  Spark technicians are currently investigating.  We're really sorry and we are working to fix the problem as quickly as we can.  We will update this message once we know more.  Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience.

Sessions are recovering.  If your service is not yet working, it should not be too long.

...Aaaandd as of a couple of minutes ago 90% of the sessions have re-established.

99% sessions re-established. Aggregate traffic now at about 70% of pre-issue levels.
