Currently have ADSL and am on month 1 of a 12 month contract. But looking at moving to fibre. I was told by spark, that they will allow me to signup to fibre at no additional fee within the 12 month ADSL contract, and it will renew my 12 month contract from the date this happens. However it is likely I will be moving to a house that is located in part of NZ which doesn't yet have fibre within 12 months. So I would need to switch back to ADSL. Would I have to pay a break fee if this occurs. I won't have to pay a break fee if I move from ADSL to Fibre, but will I have to pay a break fee if it was the other way around?

If you keep your connection with Spark and move house to somewhere else normally they don't charge you a break fee if you move xDSL -> UFB or UFB -> xDSL.

Did you discuss it with the new and moves team when you said you wanted to move house again??

I would have thought take your modem with you and you will just keep on going. Try the online chat folks to confirm with them.
