Hi

My mum is over visiting from the UK using a three feel at home Sim.

Although the phone connects to spark it doesn't seem to be connecting to the data network. Has anyone else experienced any issues with this. She's using a samsung galaxy s5 on lollipop.

3 and other overseas mobile operators have Roaming turned off/barred as a default if you purchased your phone/sim after July 2010.

Best calling there helpdesk number +44 7782 333 333. You can also activate roaming on your 3 account.

maybe try a different APN? I wouldn't know what ones to try but someone else might.

She need to contact her provider so they can troubleshoot and if required engage Spark to investigate and resolve.
