Hiya,

Does anyone have any info, whispers, hints on if and when Telecom will announce this as available? They pulled the previous Blackberry model from their website 2 months ago so currently have no Blackberry handset or service avaialble for new connections. The 8830 is of course also significant for world roaming capability, especially if you want emails...

Appreciate any news anyone might have...

TIA.

By 'they' I assume you mean Telecom? Telecom have never retailed a Blackberry here.

Yep, I mean Telecom. I am certain I saw a Blackberry link on the Telecom mobile website back in
September but then it disappeared...

Anyway we have been hoping they will list the 8830 and I was wondering if anyone had heard any
indications on where they are at - it's been available with Sprint and such for a couple of months
so I presume sourcing hardware isn't the issue - and its only got to be a positive asset to their
network to have it available...
