Today I cannot access my business email account either through my normal approach (Apple Mail) or through the web. On webmail it just times out - server stopped responding.

Anybody else having problems. I am in Wellington sitting at airport about to travel to Melbourne and I need to be able to get my business mail.

Yes, I am also having problems accessing my domain email via my mobile devices, Outlook and webmail (https://webmail.telecombusinesshub.co.nz).

We can't check our reservations for tonight as many customer email through their reservations : (

Tried calling them but the usual hour hold : (

I'm having trouble with just my regular Yahoo/Spark email. 
I can get the account to open in Chrome, but it will only load the first 20 or so emails in the side list. Clicking on an email shows nothing.
At the bottom right is a mini-popup that says, "Taking too long? Load Basic mail" which contains a link. Clicking the link does nothing. 

I just tried again and am getting a message that says - 

 

SSL connection error

I was called back about an hour ago from Spark.  They have stated the issue has been resolved and all my domain email addresses are functional now.

Just arrived in Melbourne and issue not obviously resolved but may relate to change of country etc. will keep trying.

Confirmed I have now been able to receive email!!

Very frustrating experience as there seemed no easy way to find out what the problem was except to await a call back that was estimated at an hour. Not much help when you are waiting to board a flight.

Monday & still issues .
1 email a/c not working, other 4 are OK.
1h+ wait on the the business help desk...so obviously issues with alot of other others

Agree that there needs to be information available so that you don't spent pointless time rechecking/reentering passwords etc. Also although some time back I had been given instructions in how to sort out password issues by logging into the business hub and my account I found yesterday that I could not access the login page as it timed out many times and then when I did get to it, the login attempt timed out. Also the webmail access login option page was extremely slow to load and again never did manage to login successfully.

Their business help line was for Mon - Friday, business hours but many  businesses work and need to be able to work 24/7 these days.
Not good for a business service that you pay for.

My email still isn't working quite right either. 
I hadn't had anything come into my inbox since 9:40am, and I thought, that can't be right (it was around 9.30pm when I checked it).
Eventually it updated, and i saw that i had had emails come in at around 6pm, 8pm, and 9pm, but they hadn't show up. 

Not sure what is up with it. 

I can't seem to load any emails older than a day, either. I get the spinning wheel, then a message "We’re sorry, but there appears to be a problem loading the email "[email name]".
