Is anyone else having issues with ISDN being down in CHCH central. I'm on the line to business landline faults but hold time is 44mins-1hour currently :S.
There would have been a bit of a wait time to faults this morning due to a card failure in one of Hamilton BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) at around 9:15am. That was sorted fairly quickly (inside 30 mins) so any call volume related to this would have likely dissipated by mid-morning.
