Have just gone through the verification process to forward all mail to an external address and the forward isn't working.

From memory last time i did thing after clicking the verification link it then took me to a login page and after logging in went straight to the accounts section where i could see the forward had been activated. This doesn't happen now and when i look at the accounts section the forwarding address is there but the verify button is still there to be clicked. If i click no additional verification email gets sent and mail is still not being forwarded.

anyone else seen issues with this?

Sorted!, but only after an hour on the phone and finally getting through to second level support (first level tried to put me onto Microsoft to configure the "Advanced Settings" in Outlook!

The CSR added the forward for me using an older version of webmail (the one where there used to be the POP & Forwarding page.

The new version where you go

Settings
Accounts
Click the radio buttoin to forward etc

Isn't working and also is missing the Forward only option.

Thanks again Yahoo!Xtra email for another couple of wasted hours of lost time :(

Have just come off 2 hours with Spark CSR - we forwarded an xtra email address a couple of weeks ago for while we were away. Trying to unforward it nothing was working - can click the Pop option but that doesn't turn off the forwarding and the 'Forward" option stays greyed-out.
CSR reports "there has been a Yahoo outage on this since September 15th with no resolution time available". INCREDIBLE!
That such a basic function can be unavailable for 10 days is pretty damming of Yahoo and Spark's technical competence.
Every unnecessary forwarded email to the poor guy who looked out for it while we were away is a reminder to give Yahoo, Xtra, and Spark as wide a berth as possible in the future!
