Just moved from VDSL to UFB and I am mindful that many find it easy to bitch and moan and so few find the time to say thanks.

So ........... thanks BigPipe for what was a seamless and simple process! A slight hiccup with Chorus unable to locate the line and therefore an unexpected delay outside of everybody's control. BigPipe managed the process and kept me in the loop every inch of the way. So many thanks to the guys at BigPipe and the guys at Chorus too. A job well done!

Great feedback.  Thank you very much.  I'll be sure to pass it onto the team.

I passed my thanks along to the team via their support email- but I was very impressed with BigPipe during the install phase (and after, don't worry!). Particularly with making sure I had everything I need and then also going the extra mile when something did go wrong (Chorus playing hard-and-fast with the scheduling).

Anything that went wrong with my install was really to do with the contracted install company- but Bigpipe were fantastic. I even got a phone call from one of their staff when things started to turn- granted the phone line was terrible (they must have been on some crappy VOIP line), it was more than adequate to pass along the message.

I don't foresee myself moving from Bigpipe any time soon.

great to hear too, thank you for that.

(the call you had was from a mobile.  That's all we use here - living the naked broadband dream)
