Have switched to Bigpipe fiber from Orcon Fiber

Brought a new router NetComm NF8AC. I have tried all the options I can see. Can someone please help?

I can get an internet connection when connected directly to ONT.

bigpipe dont do vlan tagging so i think you just skip that part

that guide should be pretty close
