and your ISP and Chorus and their subcontractor(s).

I've seen MDU installs fall over between Chorus and their subcontractors even though the building manager and body corp were happy for the install to go ahead.

You are right about the patience though...

Really wish I had of opted into getting a static IP on sign up as I can't game online :(

bigpipe how long after receiving a request for a static IP does it take to fulfill?

I requested it an hour after I was connected, and they did it within a few hours.

Usually an hour or two, if done during normal business hours, otherwise might be a day or so.

I had to give up after 12 months because I'm moving to another building.. Unfortunately that building has 'consent declined' :(
