Is it just me or could Telecom's setup for non-MMS supported devices be better?

If someone sends me an MMS on my Treo, I get a text message prompting me to go to the Telecom Video & Messaging Webpage.  From there, I'm required to enter the message id and password but I'm also required to enter both my phone number and that of the sender in international format.  Fair enough, I understand the id and password, but why does it need the phone numbers?  Seems a bit unnecessary to me.

In addition, when I finally manage to log in using Pocket IE, the attached photo doesn't display.  I've heard other WM users complain about this too.

Sounds like a wee upgrade could be beneficial, especially if they're pushing the Oktas.

I would like any mms recieved to be automatically converted to an email, and sent straight to my email account. Theres incoming sorted - that gets us halfway there.
