I bought myself a Note 5 today, and wanting to keep my iPhone I asked them to move it to my account with the landline - they agreed to do that, but for some reason I was told that keeping the phone insured would be impossible?
Why? No explanation given, just can't happen.

The iPhone was bought from Spark, it has always been insured. The iPhone 5S a 'current' model that they sell, that Apple sells.

Whats up with this?
