Most companies have some sort of email address that you can send complaints to.  Spark doesn't seem to have this option...  I don't have to time to wait on a phone and explain everything to someone - its better to have it clearly in writing...

What is the best way to do this for Spark?  Im currently on the online chat but again there is a wait time of 30 minutes currently...

I just want to send in the details and move onto something else in my life and have someone come back to me in a day or 2.

yup great.  I don't want to call some one and I dont want to write a letter.  I want to send an email...

Maybe I will fill in the online form but what I want to send them is not a complaint as such...
