Hi Everyone,

We've got a site where the H630b regularly disconnects from the newly provisioned Spark UFB service and adds an entry to the log stating the following:
"Daemon Management cwmp 1 User is disconnected with ACS"

These errors continue to occur even when a known good H630b is swapped in. Isolating the router from the internal network makes no difference - the disconnections continue to occur.

After reading the post here, I wonder if this is a configuration issue somewhere on the ISP network? The CSR I dealt with wanted to send a tech to check the wiring, but I'm not convinced that's the issue.

Any thoughts/comments most appreciated.
