Just joined Spark and set up their supplied modem.
Does anyone successfully use this modem in a 2 storey house?
I am having difficulty - the modem is not found from my upper floor which is an open mezzanine style.
Thanks.

It may be due to how the house is built. Friend has that horrible foil insulation between their upper and lower floors. Means their Wifi easily covers either floor, just not both. Due to the foil insulation blocking the signal.
