Hi

I routinely log in to our e-mails online through Spark/Yahoo web access to delete any rubbish we don't want.

Yet even after being deleted online they still download to Outlook on the PC? Stuffed if I can find the setting to stop this either - any ideas please?

Thanks!

That used to work okay. Once you've deleted them through web access, do you empty the trash?

Ah no - didn't even think of that. I'll give it a shot - thanks!
