On this page I click "Learn More", I see a pop-up briefly, then it goes to this error page. Does the same thing in Chrome when logged into my spark and in Firefox when not logged in.

I wanted to change my plan. I found the right area, it opened a window, and made me login again. It then said "click here to change your plan", so I clicked it and it took my back to the MySpark home. Very useful, thanks.

So I went through it again, opened the window again, and the window actually wanted to let me try to change my plan on this page. I got the text code, hit the confirm tick box, and clicked the plan I wanted just like it said. Nothing happened. A third fault with the website. This is in Chrome, with Adblock disabled for the website. I later tried again in IE, it had a "buy now" link which worked.

So I call Spark, 30 minute wait, that's ok. But apparently I can change my plan online (tried that already) or through the app. So off I go to the app, nope I don't think it's possible - if it is it's not obvious to a very technical customer. Another fail.

I logged out as well. I still see "learn more". Anyway this was meant to be a bug report for Spark rather than a discussion.

Well, I see the LEARN MORE "buttons", whether I'm logged in or not, and I get the 404 error screen if I click one - so it's not just you Timmmay!

I also managed to capture the interim pop-up - click on the thumbnail below:

Clicking 'Learn More' for me appears to try and display an in-frame popup type info piece, but then refreshes to a 404 page.
