Hi guys,

I've placed a fibre order with Spark, the ONT box is already installed. How long does it take to get online?

Intried calling the help desk and emails but they dont get back to me, its been almost two weeks now.

Er - when I had my fibre connected with Spark, getting the ONT installed was the final hurdle.

Tech called through to ensure the switch over was done and did a speed test before leaving my premises.

I just moved into the property with the ONT already installed. I just applied for a UFB connection with Spark, gave them the ONT box number confirmed the port is clear and available and now its been two weeks and nothing

Chase Spark for confirmation they have sent the order to Chorus.

Our neighbour connected with Spark and there was a delay of a few weeks because apparently Spark hadn't sent the order to Chorus when first requested.
