2 weeks ago, my mum signed up for UFB,
Suddenly her phone stopped working, if you called the number, someone in Blenheim answered
Calls to the help desk had them bumped all over the place because "the fibre help desk is closed and they have fibre" even when fibre was not installed. They wouldn't listen. Eventually this issue got solved after much head banging.

Fast forward to today.
They had the fibre finally installed yesterday and the number has been transferred back to the same person in Blenheim !!
So now they are without a phone for a second time and 2 customers are getting increasingly frustrated.
The calls to the help desk won't understand what's happening and keep asking them to change modem settings

Can anyone help ??
