I advise you not to turn of your modem/router firewall unless it is behind another firewall. 25565 is the default port for Minecraft, and 3389 for Remote Desktop. This means you should also allow the ports or the applications on your system/server. Port Forwarding in the HG630B is under Port Mapping, and you must add a new rule with the ports. In case you don't know, you want the local and public ports to be the same, and you must specify the local address of the system which has the server and you want to Remote Desktop (from WAN) into. If you want to fully exclude the ports on your server you can go to Windows Firewall with Advanced Settings in Windows and define a rule for a port.
Something you could do though, but would expose your system (not anymore than turning of the Firewall on your HG630B) is to enable a DMZ. This would exclude one system or PC from the protection of the HG630B Firewall while protecting the rest of your computers. This is normally okay as long as you have a software firewall properly configured so make sure to reset Windows Firewall, or configure it yourself if you want to enable a DMZ. You could also use a third party Firewall but I most likely do not have experience with it.
I'm glad to help and hope I could be of some assistance. Thank you :)
