I would like to thank Skinny for designing their self-service portal in a way that is easy to use and works.

My daughter switched to a new phone that required the nano SIM.  Bought the SIM from Noel Leeming (couldn't wait), went on the Skinny website to transfer the account to new SIM and within 10 minutes the new SIM and phone were up and running.  No lengthy phone calls or long waits for the SIM to be activated.

Please pass on my thanks and a job well done to the team that designed and implemented that process.  In fact I think the whole self-service portal is awesome.

Cheers

I think it's awesome. To do the same thing with Spark you have to go in store or call them up. I've found it to be pretty much instant, not even 10 minutes

Paul I'd like to second this, your self-service options online, in-app and via *888 blow everyone else out of the water. Well done to the team!

+1. Switched my parents and myself from Vodafone to Skinny. No hassle whatsoever. Bought the sim, and filled up a simple form online. Up and running on the Skinny network in an hour.
