Just want to say thanks to BigPipe with their good work so far.

Last Friday 29 January, I decided to sign up with BigPipe to move my VDSL2 connection from Spark to them.  Their sign up form was easy to use and I picked a connection date of 9th March.

Being the Friday before the long weekend, I expect I would not heard anything back till Tuesday 2nd February.

I was proven wrong! Got a few emails on 30 January that Chorus confirmed a switch over day on 9th March.  Another email telling me what my static IP will be.

This morning, I got an email from BigPipe again saying Chorus moved the connection date to 10th March.

I got to say, I am impressed with the service and communication so far.

By the way, got to give the Spark guys a thumbs up as well.  My broadband connection with them was and is still solid for the last few years.  But I don't need the landline any more so switching to BigPipe to save approximately $30 a month.

I hope the switch over process will be smooth and BigPipe is a good ISP to be with.  =-)

Good luck. Im currently getting Fiber and have had great customer service from Bigpipe, but Chorus have been horrible. Cancelled 2 installations really late (so I wasted 2 days leave). Hopefully 3rd time lucky for an install tomorrow (apparently they work on Waitangi Day) otherwise I'm just going to have to stay with Vodafone. Bigpipe have been great throughout the whole process tho.
