SM texts are failing to be delivered. These are Skinny to Skinny SMs. Voice calls are fine.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Just tried a USSD balance query, and was told I'm no longer with Skinny!

Which is odd, considering I got a confirmation SM (from Skinny) of my Big Value combo being renewed just yesterday.

Voice calls are still working for me. According to my Skinny App, I've still got 27 days left of my existng combo, with unlimited texts, umpteen NZ + AU rollover minutes and rollover data.

Skinny, I think something is possibly a little buggy with your SM service logic right now.

It's possible data maybe working. I successfully sent a Viber IM. However, I'm unsure if the receiving end is on WiFi or the cellular network.

Yabanize:

Apologies for the issues.  Service has now been restored.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Good to know. At least Skinny update people with _something_, unlike another certain provider who shall remain unnamed...

Edit: Simultaneous post. Thanks Skinny. Happy to be a customer :)

I phoned skinny at 7.40pm or so that my data was not working.

Was on hold for so long, then got message at 8.10pm that skinny helpdesk is closed at 8pm.

Nice one skinny.

Would've thought the world was ending given the howls of despair from teen daughter...
