Has anyone else here requested their UFB connection with Spark via their website?

After 9 working days, the order number still shows as "Order not found"

Not panicking though, just curious.

Thanks

I did. The router arrived first thing the next day, and Chorus phoned not long after the courier arrived to set up the first visit, which happened (from memory) only two days later.

Try the Spark online chat or call them. Something seems to have fallen off the conveyor belt!

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

They may have cancelled your order if you are on a shared access way (or an apartment / similar) and they have a record of someone on it not giving permission. This happened to me the second time I ordered it.

Background: First time they sought permission and failed. But they sent me a modem/router. The third time I was lucky in so far as the person who objected now had a tenant who wanted fibre, so they reviewed the whole situation and the blockage was removed....

Thanks for the replies. Received the Huawei router on Monday morning. Wheels are in motion...
