Currently I'm on the $16 / month combo.  When I finish work at the end of the year I plan to go down to the $9 / month  combo.  Question is that if I find it doesn't work after one month and go back to the $16  one do I lose all my carry over  minutes and data from when I had it before. I guess the same would apply if I turned off the combo for a month and then go back..??

Thanx in advance..

I've done exactly the same thing several times and my carryover mins & data have remained in place for next time I'm on the $16 per month combo.  Whilst on the $9 per month combo you cannot access them but you don't lose them.

Currently I'm on the $16 per month combo again after using the $9 per month combo when things were quiet for a while.  No other NZ mobile provider gives you this much flexibility so kudos to Skinny for making it possible.

As above, it's just fine, they are still there you just won't be able to use them until you go back on a combo that supports them $16, $26 or $46

They still expire after a year though
