I have a client whom needs to verify a third party email address so they can send emails from their xtra account. When trying to verify they receive the following message from Yahoo:

 

'The system is experiencing some problems, please try again in a few minutes. (Error: #77231)'

 

Settings:

 

Incoming Server: pop3.farmside.co.nz 

 

Outgoing Server: send.xtra.co.nz :port 465

 

 

 

Any suggestions?

I can't seem to find any reference to that error code. The message suggests trying again, but if the problem persists I'd contact Spark.

From my research(google), it has to do something with Yahoo and in the examples it deals with At&t and the use of Yahoo for their email provider (like xtra do).
