A client has just upgraded to fibre and none of the services seem to have come across from the ADSL account like Static IP and Port 25 unblocking.

Anyone else had this issue or is it simply a one off?

The SPark guy tells me he can see the static ip in the backend system but the router is showing an ip from the 125.x.x.x. dynamic pool.
