I am trying to get a UDAI from Spark (domain back from Telecom Business Hub days) but am having issues.

The request UDAI feature through the (horrendous) DNS management site does not result in an email.

I have called multiple times and been on hold for 30mins+ and not spoken to anyone.

Via Google I found this form: http://store.spark.co.nz/forms/s/request-a-udai which so far has not produced a result, and says it may take up to 5 days which does not seem reasonable.

Any ideas of other avenues to try?

Have you done a Whois on the domain? Might give you some extra info if the admin/billing details have been updated to whoever/whatever took over from Telecom Business Hub.

I have all the details, its just Spark are being very slow or not responding.

I will wait the 5 days again, but then I think will have to speak to someone, if I can get through on the phones.
