The title says most of it. Fibre was put in our street early this year and the Spark website says "available soon, register interest and we'll get back to you".

 

However the pop-up where address and contact details are inserted doesn't seem to work. The final info to be inserted is mobile number, and then when I click on Contact Me (i.e. Send) - nothing happens.

 

Grateful if anyone can shed light on this.

register interest means very little, they might send you an email when its activated in their system

 

the best way to keep an eye on things is to use the chorus map (https://www.chorus.co.nz/broadband-checker )when that says you cna get fibre call your isp and order it. if they say it isnt available stress it is and for them to do a manual check

Thanks. My main point is that the expression of interest can't seem to be registered in the first place. Whether they follow up on it is a later matter.

 

BTW your link to Chorus says 'page not found'.

updated the link as the forum decided he bracket was part of it

 

if all you are worried about is it not working there are a couple of things you can do

 

https://www.spark.co.nz/contactus/ down the bottom is a complaints link

 

or use social media and let them know on there
