I got switched to BigPipe today.
Got home from work and changed out the modem to the vigor 130.
VDSL2 connected, great but no internet.
Strange, DNS wasnt resolving using google dns. changed to Bigpipe DNS and starts resolving.
Still cant connect to anything. all I get is www.bigpipe.co.nz/inactive.html.
Sent email to Bigpipe.
So here I am no internet, on a long weekend wondering if ill be like this till tuesday.
Not the greatest start.

I tethered my phone and chatted with them via their web page for mine. Fixed in minutes. It was a Sunday too I think.

BigPipe support got back to me just before their advertised 10pm end of support hours.

Wasn't the 2 hours as promised however. Did get fixed in the end which was good.
