Hi

I am trying to setup my Linksys WRT1900AC router with my ONT and it will not work. I entered the PPPoE setting correctly and it is not even grabbing an internet IP. ive read doing something with VLAN on the WAN port should make it work. Any thoughts??

Cheers

Mitch

You need to set VLAN 10 on the WAN port. I can't remember where to find this however you first need to ensure you've updated the firmware to the latest version from the Linksys site.
