I heard a podcast talking about this, a parent wanted to filter the internet to keep it safe for the kids,
opendns.com was their solution.  http://www.opendns.com/features/content_filtering/

QUOTE OpenDNS: OpenDNS offers comprehensive Web content filtering across more than 30 categories as a service for your network. Whether you need to limit access to social networking websites, block video sharing sites, stop P2P networking or stop dozens of categories, OpenDNS content filtering gives you a comprehensive, easy-to-use filtering service, for free.

I hate being redirected to another page (and waiting while the page is fetched) for a non existent domain otherwise opendns is a good service.

Last time I checked world-net's dns servers still work from any isp so 203.96.119.2 is a good IP to remember :)
