Is there a super-admin password available for HG659 BigPipe Firmware V100R001C297B011 ?

I have it flashed on my exVF router and looking for some of the extra setting which were available under Admin account.

Haven't managed to get into the "super admin" web interface yet (if there even is one) however I have managed to decrypt the config and build a settings file which can used to enable telnet & BusyBox console:

For those who are interested: http://filebin.ca/2uoWLC21yDZG

(Restoring this settings file will reset all your router settings, disable WAN management and enable telnet & BusyBox).

Web & Telnet credentials:

Login: !!Huawei

Password: @HuaweiHgw

From the web interface not much; from CLI you can access "xdslcmd" and whatever else you like through BusyBox.

Um.. it didn't like that. Took out my WAN and required a reboot.

Did you mean "xdslcmd --help" ?

ha my bad, was pulling the command off the fly, used to the other configure menu that has sub help menus.

that does appear to have what i was curious about though, access to the snr flag.

On a side does anyone have a link to a Vodafone HG659 config backup and/or a pre-"HG659-16V100R001C206B020_main.bin" firmware? I'm looking to test a few things..

Tried flashing the above version but just ended up soft-bricking my router.

I have a copy of "HG659-13V100R001C206B019_main.bin" if it's any use to you.

What was it you are trying that doesn't work with v20?

My VDSL connection has just been enabled and I've upgraded to v20 and still have ssh access with shell..

TBH can't quite remember.

These routers are good while they last however the wifi chip is starting to fade in mine (had to disable 5ghz) as well as dropping VDSL to a 10th of throughput every few weeks requiring reboots.

Will be looking to upgrade shortly.

bit of a thread hijack, but I have this router on BigPipe, does anyone know of a way to remove the LAN IP reservation limit of 8? I find it quite frustrating that such a limit exists.
