Can someone advise if the Spark UFB plan (100/20) come with a fixed external IP address?

Not as standard.

 

You will need to sign up for a static IP.

Spark does not allocate a double NAT IP on fibre if that's what you are asking

Do you mean a static IP or merely a public IP?

Sorry should have been clearer - something
that allows me to get to my network from outside. I presume this will be public IP.
