Has anyone else had this or similar issue -

Have ported from Vodafone on account to Skinny,

Can no longer successfully receive mms from or successfully send mms to any number on the Vodafone network - Spark and Skinny mms are all fine.

Vodafone says it is a Skinny issue/Skinny says it is a Vodafone issue. Whilst they all appear to be helping to resolve it - surely four weeks is long enough to sort it??

Spark/Skinny should resolve this. That's who you pay your money to. If VF need to be engaged they are capable of doing that

Anything I suggest or say is my own thoughts and not provided by anyone else unless stated

I had a similar issue a while back.  My issue was activating iMessage after a port.  This could not be done as the number portability database held by (I think apple in this case) was corrupt or incorrect.  After much mucking around I ended up getting a new number because it was by far the easiest solution. John Reader at Vodafone was a great help sorting this out but I'm not sure if he there or not.

Thanks. Am currently trying to get Skinny to sort.

Wasn't an iMessage issue - is from/to a Samsung Galaxy.

Living Skinny - have sent you an email as requested.

Also having issues with a VF - Skinny Port. On an iphone this time, when I go to activate imessage / facetime it insists on attemping to activate the skinny supplied number that was changed to the ported VF number shortly after activation. Have reset / defaulted/ tried everything I can think of to get it to try activating using the correct 021 number but persists with 020 number. Bizzare.

Any ideas?
