Anyone seen this? I am trying to topup the broadband account, the "Skinny mobile number" field comes pre-populated with a number - but when I click [Proceed] it says it's not a valid number:

The mobile number you entered is not a Skinny Mobile number. Please double check the number and try again.

And the account won't expire until mid-2017.

@LivingSkinny any ideas?

My first question is why are you trying to top-up a Broadband account?  Renewals charge automatically to the registered credit card.

Wait a minute. Probably user error. I don't leave a credit card because I only want to get the plan when needed. I think today I added the card and went to top up instead of adding a plan.

Oops. User needs more training.

Sorry.

Still, the error message could be better.  I'll add that to the list.

Thanks. Got home last night, added the plan and all good.

just repurchased my bundle a day early (manually) and found it adds the next 100Gb to the existing data.

Interesting, basically carried over the 50GB
