Anybody know any details of this outage, which has apparently been all day and weirdly also appears to be affected Vodafone Mobile (or is that just coincidence?)

(Just had a family member phone for tech support - their VDSL\phone is out - it's on the Spark and Vodafone outage pages but without much in the way of details or ETA)
