We've had a 200Mbps Fibre for some time now.  I've never been happy with the speed achieved and despite a lot of time spent on the phone with spark, we rarely saw speeds over 60Mbps.

So I had our plan downgraded to Naked 100Mbps.  We are now getting >90Mbps consistently, and of course paying less each month .

Go figure ...

All testing via ethernet, wifi disabled and only one line plugged into router.

I just did another test - 103/21 best I have ever seen at this address.

Sorry should have clarified, I was referencing your comment to Mikes post count. Meaning he should know how to test a connection :).

Looks like your connection is working as Normal anyhow. No complaints with 100Mb/s

Very chuffed with >100% of the speed I pay for.  Wasn't so chuffed at 25% of the 200 connection.

I now suspect (despite Spark's assurances to the contrary) it was never correctly set up. As nothing has changed in the house, just the plan we are on, yet our speed test results have dramatically increased.
