We don't have account numbers, the email address you registered for Bigpipe is your account number.

If you're moving ISP's and your new ISP has asked your for your account number in order to transfer your line, they don't need this specific field if I recall and this is only an optional field (not compulsary). If they really require it then give them your email address and that should suffice :)
