Hi There,

I know that Spark prepay SIMs last for 12 months after the last topup  but do you get an SMS before they expire advising you of this??  I can't see anything on  line  or via the Spark app that tells you when they expire..  I have several SIMs that i use for  T-sticks, WiFi hot spats and other test stuff that I use occasionally  but unless I look online at the last payment transaction I have no idea when they expire in fact that is not too reliable and the records seem to get purged  after a period of time..

Some for of expiry info like other cell phone providers  would be nice..

Regards,

If you setup a secondary notification for the SIM via email or SMS (or both) then you should get a notification before it's set to expire.

And if it has expired, you can always ring up / use online chat and get it re-activated as a prepaid SIM again and put credit on it.
