I'm trying out IPoE on Bigpipe and it works fine with VLAN tagging and without, my question is what is the recommended setup for Bigpipe (pros/cons)?

I have it with a VLAN (switched from 2degrees), a friend has it without and speeds are the same. No pros or cons.

Thanks! I'm using a EdgeRouter and without the VLAN I can't seem to keep IPv6 from breaking after the router reboots, with the VLAN (following your guide) it works fine (so thought there were some other pros/cons of a VLAN tagging that I should be aware of)

VLAN tagging over UFB provides you with a high priority CIR which is part of the vast majority of UFB plans. With no VLAN tagging there is no way to provide this.

That doesn't sound right. If the ONT at your place is configured for your internet service to be untagged, it should drop all tagged packets, and vice versa.
