Hi all

 

 

 

A few months ago, we migrated from Yahoo to Sparks new email system.

 

 

 

Now we have migrated to Vodafone and Google Apps for email.

 

 

 

With Sparks new email system, how long will the email address remain active considering we no longer have Spark services as of Friday last week?

 

Do I really need to pay $20 per month for Spark email for the next 2-3 months while I tell everyone my new email address?

I had to email Spark nearly a year after we left them to ask them to close the xtra address.

 

We set up our new email address about three months before leaving Spark, but we still had emails going to the old xtra account months later. Some people and organisations etc just seem to be hopeless at changing to the new address.

 

I would probably pay Spark for a month or so to pick up most of the stragglers.

 

Oops, just remembered. Log onto all the websites that use your xtra address as your user name and change it to your new address. I missed a couple and had to sign up as a new user.
