I bought a Telecom HCT Tittan last year and ported my Vodaphone  number to it. Now I found out it does'nt have picture messages. I like the picture messages alot so what can I do? Can I buy a upgrade to mek it work.

Get a Vodafone phone with PXT/MMS support. Telecom's HTC (WinMo) devices do not include any MMS application/client, so it can never be added with MMS support. sorry to say this.
