haha, theres no way i'm getting RickRolled AGAIN....

so the golden question now would be what the average shelf life of a TruckRoll ticket is before it gets actioned? Given that the process has been quite long to get to this point we're itching to get the issue at hand fixed: any ball-park figures would be nice Innocent
