I know a number of customers out there will use Telecom's OneOffice Advanced solution, but does anyone use the Proviso Reporting tools that come with the OneOffice Advanced Product?

If so, have you noticed points on the reporting missing.

e.g. The graph may show 15 min samples of network performance, but then there are points missing on the graph. Some just for 15 mins others for 2 hours or more.

Anyone else have this issue?
Or is our network so heavily used that Telecom's monitoring tools are unable to monitor the network.
