xtra email forwarding, on the new webmail , and a/c that has been moved to the new system

I setup email forwarding (forward & save a copy) , forwarding to a spark telecombusinesshub email adress
Nothing is received by that 2nd (forward to) email a/c .

Any ideas? Does email forwarding even work on the new xtra system ?
