Moving to Hamilton and the address I'm moving to has ufb, I've been looking around for the best looking company to go with and bigpipe looks decent, are there any pros/cons.
Or should I consider other companies?
I mainly watch Netflix/twitch & play PS4/Pc games.
But will be living in a house with 4-5 (or more at times) people.

BigPipe is totally fine. They do route all traffic via Auckland still but there was plans on changing this.

I moved from 2degrees UFB to them and have not looked back - there are several advantages like now having IPv6 that actually works and I've found with most cases bandwidth is far better on BigPipe then what it was on 2degrees - I am on the Gigabit plan. For gaming it is also totally fine and I have got many friends who are avid gamers on BigPipe too. They're by-far my favorite ISP because they understand me as a customer having a technical background so often ask me to test new things and they never tell me to reboot my router if there is a problem (unless if this will actually fix it).

Anyway, join up - they don't have any contracts and they're also a great bunch of people running it. Just remember by default you're on CG-NAT so if you want to run servers or anything you'll need to buy a static IP. There is also a link in my signature for $20.

What do the other "whats bigpipe like" threads suggest?
